This delicious dark beer is brewed with three malts that give it special flavour, body and a unique aroma. The base malt is a caramel malt providing complex aromas to the beer. The second malt has been roasted longer to give colour and body. Finally, Schlaffer malt is responsible for its firmness and lasting aftertaste. This unique combination of malts needs double fermentation while slow cellar maturation refines its great bouquet.
